Heart of Oneness with Jennifer Kavanaugh
The news media is full of stories of violence, poverty, inequality and injustice. At the same time, we are surrounded by the beauty of the natural world, and daily life is full of acts of compassion, kindness, friendship and love. What is real? Do we really find it hard to live together, in our families, communities, or in the world at large? Science, religion, nature, and our own experience teach us that the whole of creation is a web of interconnectedness inviting us to live in relationship, balance and harmony.
Jennifer Kavanagh gave up her career as a literary agent to work in the community. She is a microcredit practitioner, facilitates conflict resolution workshops and is active in the Quaker community. She has published seven books of non-fiction and one novel. She is a Churchill Fellow and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
