Change Our Story, Change Our World

Change Our Story, Change Our World with Gregg Braden and Jude Currivan

We are waking up inside an outdated story—an erroneous worldview—trapped inside a narrative that isn’t true. New science and ancient spiritual wisdom have given us an evolved understanding of reality. A whole worldview can guide the evolution of consciousness and lead us toward a unifying framework for whole-systems health and healing. Both Gregg Braden and Jude Currivan agree, when we change our story, we will change our world for the better.

Millions of dollars were also raised as part of this event to help UNICEF provide care for the neediest children of the world.

Restoring Ecological Balance

Restoring Ecological Balance with Duane Elgin and Daniel Christian Wahl

Chief Seattle once said, “All things are connected. What befalls the earth befalls the sons of the earth… Man does not weave this web of life. He is merely a strand of it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself.” Restoring ecological balance begins with regarding not only the earth, but the entire universe, as alive and conscious.

Building a Global Community and Culture of Peace

Building a Global Community and Culture of Peace with Dr. Kurt Johnson and Rev. Deborah Modow

“Peace may seem an elusive concept in a world with horrific violence, brutal conflict, and exploitation, yet never in humanity’s history has such a comprehensive map of peace emerged as is now evident… What we call a culture of peace comes from a whole-systems perspective, which sees all things as interconnected and influencing each other. We are increasingly aware of our interconnectedness and interdependence, and we act accordingly.” These are the words of James O’Dea from the book, Our Moment of Choice. Today, we are going to explore how YOU can build a global community and create a culture of peace with Dr. Kurt Johnson and Rev. Deborah Moldow.

Trauma Has No Color

Trauma Has No Color with Dr. Marty K. Casey

Hurting People Hurt People. Trauma, when left untreated—unhealed—eventually manifests itself in continued expressions of trauma. It’s cyclical. What if these wounds of separation are at the core of many of our systemic issues? Would you do your work to heal trauma? Healing systemic racism is for all races, and trauma has no color.

Black SON Day

Black SON Day with Dr. Marty K Casey

On August 9th, 2020, exactly six years after 18-year-old Michael Brown was fatally shot by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri, a day of remembering and healing will take place throughout the world. The murder of George Floyd on May 25th of this year shocked the world. It brought a new focus to the longstanding patterns of senseless acts of violence in the U.S., and inspired the urgency to change the culture that has permitted it. A variety of community programs and organizations have been founded to draw attention to the problem. To connect these community programs, Black SON Day was created by Dr. Marty K. Casey, founder of UnGUN Institute, to globalize these initiatives.
