The Narrow Passage
There is a narrow passage many leaders enter when inner reality changes faster than outer structures can keep up. For some, the shift comes through deep loss, profound beauty, spiritual opening, or a catalytic consciousness-expanding experience. My Superpowers
I’m known for three things, and together they make this work unusually effective.
First, I can listen into complexity and find the true pattern quickly. Leaders often tell me I “see what’s really happening” before they can name it, and then I translate complexity into a coherent map and a clean path forward that people can actually follow.
Second, I stabilize coherence in hot rooms—places where urgency, conflict, power dynamics, or high stakes can distort perception and fracture trust. When coherence returns, truth becomes speakable. The system settles. Decisions become cleaner without anyone needing to posture or push.
Third, I work fluently across both worlds: subtle intelligence and grounded architecture. I honor expanded consciousness without glamorizing it, and I help leaders bring it down to earth—into governance, strategy, culture, partnership, and daily leadership. This is guidance for a new reality that still has to function in the real one.

I use a method I call Strategic Resonance Mapping—a way of listening for the underlying field dynamics shaping outcomes. It is practical strategy informed by coherent perception.
We work through four integrated pillars. Coherence Practices stabilize attention and nervous system, because coherence is the prerequisite for wise power. Field Intelligence names what’s real—interference patterns, misalignment, relational breakdowns—and restores integrity and trust. Decision Architecture turns insight into clean action and structure: priorities, agreements, governance, and next steps.
